Ingredients

  • 30 g Almond kernels (without skin)
  • 1 small onion
  • 300 g Swiss chard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Sheep cheese
  • 100 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat and take them out. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and cut the chard into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion and chard briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add 50 ml water and let it braise for 3 minutes. Cut cheese into small pieces and fold into the vegetables with the almonds. Season yoghurt with salt, pepper and curry. Serve the vegetables together with the yoghurt. Garnish with mint. Rice tastes good with it
