Apple pancakes with cinnamon

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 sour apple
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON thickened wild cranberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Beat the milk, eggs and flour into a smooth dough. Wash the apple, peel, quarter and core it as desired. Cut quarters into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. Heat the fat in a pan. Sauté the apple pieces in it.

    Season with cinnamon. Pour dough over them and bake on each side until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve with crème fraîche and cranberries. Serve decorated with mint
