Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 m. tall Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons, heaped Sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon, gestr. Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(es) Salt
  • 5 small Apples
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and quarter apples, remove the core and cut into small slices.

  2. 2

Put flour, sugar, eggs, salt & cinnamon in bowl and mix.

  3. 3

Add the milk and mix further (with a whisk). Add so much milk until the dough is liquid enough.

  4. 4

Heat some oil in a frying pan.

  5. 5

Meanwhile, stir apples into the dough.

  6. 6

When oil is hot enough, go down to medium heat and bake the dough in small cakes. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side until the dough is golden brown.

  7. 7

For the next load, heat some oil again and bake as many cakes until the dough is gone.

  8. 8

Arrange the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with a little icing sugar if necessary. Let the pancakes cool down for 15 minutes. Taste best fresh. A fine tomato or potato soup goes well with them. Bon appetit!
