Apple pancakes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 60 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 200 ml Mineral water
  • 3 Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 80 g calorie-reduced strawberry jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and apple slices

Directions

    Mix the eggs well. Sift flour onto the eggs, add salt and nutmeg and stir in. Add mineral water and mix. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Peel 2 apples, quarter them, core them and cut them into slices. Wash, quarter, core and cut the rest of the apples into slices.

    Heat 11/2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, put 1/4 of the peeled apple slices in the pan and add 1/4 of the dough. Bake pancakes at medium heat from both sides until golden brown. Bake the rest of the dough in the same way. Arrange one pancake each with the apple slices (with peel) decorated on a plate. Put a dash of jam on the pancakes and serve them decorated with lemon balm and apple slices.
