Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 little red apples
  • 250 g Lard
  • 50 g lean ham nuggets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 6 Stem(s) Marjoram

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash apples, grate them dry and cut them first into slices, then into small cubes. Heat 50 g lard in a pot. Sauté ham nuggets and onions for 1-2 minutes, then add the apples. Season with some pepper. After about 2 minutes, add the remaining lard and heat until the lard has dissolved.

    Fill into a bowl and put it in a cool place, stirring every now and then. Stir olive oil into the lukewarm lard. Wash the marjoram, pluck dry and chop the leaves coarsely, except for a little to garnish. As soon as the lard is cold, add the marjoram and pour into glasses. Garnish with marjoram
