Apple-caramel tart

Ingredients

  • 4 discs (à 50 g) frozen puff pastry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp a little + 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed almonds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 30 g Soft caramel sweets
  • 70 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Defrost puff pastry slices side by side on a floured work surface. Wash apples and cut them into thin slices.

    Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) with some butter. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Place the slices of dough on top of each other and place them on a floured work surface.
