  • 7-10 Tbsp ingredients
  • 7-10 Tbsp for 1 person
  • 7-10 Tbsp :
  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 1/8 l low-fat milk
  • 1 piece(s) untreated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 g Rice (e.g. long grain rice)
  • 100 g cored apple
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise. Scrape out the vanilla pulp with the back of a knife

    Bring milk, 3-4 tablespoons of water, vanilla pod, vanilla pulp, lemon zest and salt to the boil while stirring. Add rice. Cover and let it swell for about 20 minutes at low heat. Remove lemon peel. Let the rice cool down

    Wash the apple and cut into pieces or thin slices as desired. Stir the quark into the rice and season with sweetener

    Pour about 3/4 of the apple and rice pudding into a bowl. Arrange the remaining apple on top. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and decorate with lemon balm if desired
