Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g very soft butter
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking soda
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    eggs, butter and buttermilk. In an extra bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar, add to the egg mixture and stir.

    Let the dough rest for a few minutes. Place the fat in a low to medium heat pan, add the dough by the spoonful and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Tip: If small bubbles form on the dough, the pancake can be turned over.

    Layer buttermilk pancakes on top of each other and arrange with maple syrup and/or jam.
