Wash parsley, shake dry and chop coarsely. Wash the lemon balm and remove the leaves. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix herbs, garlic, almonds and Parmesan cheese finely in the universal chopper.
Pour into a bowl and stir in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain pasta, drain and arrange in bowls with pesto.
Sprinkle with red pepper and parmesan.
