Ingredients

  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 package (50 g) Lemon vanilla tea (organic tea Gschwendner)
  • 1 package (50 g) Elderflower Tea (Organic Tea Gschwendner)
  • 1 package (35 g) Spice blossoms (Sonnentor; from controlled organic cultivation)
  • 30 g dried rose hip peels (a.d.Teeladen or cored also in the oven or on the heater)

Directions

    Cut lemons into very thin slices. Dry on a grill in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 50 °C/ gas: stage 1) for approx. 2 hours (on the heater overnight). Break the cinnamon stick into small pieces. Mix tea, flower mixture, rose hips, lemon slices and cinnamon and seal well in portions. Store in a cool and dry place
