  • 2 stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon-Curd
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Raisins (Sultanas)
  • 1 TEASPOON demerara sugar

Directions

    Wash the lemon balm, shake dry, remove leaves except for something to decorate, pluck from the stalks and cut finely. Mix yoghurt, lemon curd, lemon balm, raisins and sugar, pour into a bowl and decorate with lemon balm.
