Pour the cherries onto a sieve and drain well. Cut two mint tablets in half with a sharp knife and put them aside. Chop the rest of the tablets. Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff.
Mix yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar well. Stir in mint bar and fold in cream in portions. Put four cherries aside for decoration, divide the remaining cherries into four dessert glasses and add the cream. Serve with cherries, halved mint tablets and mint as desired
