Wholemeal noodles with mushroom and chanterelle sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Wholemeal noodles
  • 1 Bowl of small champis
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 250g chanterelles
  • 1-2 Spring onions
  • 1 large or 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 Bottle of Rama-Cremafine "Mushrooms" or "Garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and parmesan

Directions

    - Cook 500g wholemeal pasta until al dente.

    Clean and possibly halve mushrooms, cut spring onions into rings, cut tomatoes into small cubes.

    Melt spring onion rings in plenty of butter, add mushrooms and fry well, but do not let too much liquid evaporate, add tomatoes.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Stir in Rama-Cremafine and let it reduce a little more.

    Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese to taste.
