White chocolate yoghurt cream with raspberries

  • 1 bar (100 g) of white chocolate
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves and chocolate flakes

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Mix chocolate and yoghurt. Whip cream until creamy. Fold in chocolate yoghurt. Sort raspberries. Divide cream and raspberries between four dessert glasses. Decorate with mint leaves and chocolate flakes
