- 200 g Walnut kernels
- 3 TABLESPOONS liquid light honey
- 500 g + 1 apple
- 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
- 300 ml apple juice
- 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
- 50 g Raisins
- 1 package Cream stabiliser
- 250 g Whipped cream
- 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
