Clean, wash and roughly grate the zucchini and carrots. Squeeze the grater well. Stir the chocolate and grater into the dough
Grease the saddle of venison and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the dough into it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool down on a cake rack, take it out of the tin. Dust with icing sugar. Decorate as desired with cream dabs, grated carrots and chopped walnuts. Makes about 8 pieces
