Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Blueberries
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cornstarch
  • 125 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 225 g Whipped cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 Bag of jelly food powder "woodruff flavour
  • 125 g Schmand
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Drain the blueberries and collect the juice. Measure out 100 ml of juice, bring to the boil. Stir starch with a little water until smooth, bind juice with it, bring to the boil again. Stir in blueberries. Pour into a bowl and let cool down. Cream butter, 50 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt.

    Stir in eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder, alternately stir 100 g cream and milk into the dough. Preheat the heart-shaped waffle iron and lightly grease it. Bake 5 waffles from the dough and let them cool down. Mix jelly powder, 250 ml water and 100 g sugar. Heat slightly while stirring until the sugar has melted. Put them in a cool place. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and lemon juice. Whip 125 g cream until stiff. As soon as the jelly starts to gel, fold in first the cream cheese mixture, then the cream. Place a waffle on a plate, add 2-3 tablespoons of cream and some blueberry compote. Cover with another waffle and continue in the same way until all waffles are used up.

    Put them in a cool place. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and lemon juice. Whip 125 g cream until stiff. As soon as the jelly starts to gel, fold in first the cream cheese mixture, then the cream. Place a waffle on a plate, add 2-3 tablespoons of cream and some blueberry compote. Cover with another waffle and continue in the same way until all waffles are used up. Finish with cream and compote. Chill the waffle tower for about 1 hour
