Ingredients

  • 200 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 TEASPOONS Baking Powder
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few leaves of mint
  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 600 g Kiwis
  • 3 can(s) (425 ml each) Apricots (extract weight: 250 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 oranges
  • 4 Bananas (approx. 175 g each)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Honey
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 3-4 Tsp Honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Almond slivers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and vanillin sugar. Add salt and pulp to the vanilla pod, stir in. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir alternately with milk and rum into the dough. Let dough rest for 15 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the strawberries and cut them in half lengthwise.

    Put one aside for decoration. Sprinkle the rest with sugar. Peel and halve the kiwis and cut into small pieces. Drain apricots well and cut in half. Add the kiwis and apricots to the strawberries and mix well. Add orange juice. Peel bananas and cut them diagonally into pieces, add. Add honey, mix and let everything soak well. Place 1 1/2- 2 tablespoons of the wafer dough in the middle of each greased, preheated wafer iron and bake until golden brown. For the quark cream, roast almonds in a pan without fat, remove. Mix the low-fat quark, whipped cream and sour cream. Season to taste with lemon juice and honey.

    Add honey, mix and let everything soak well. Place 1 1/2- 2 tablespoons of the wafer dough in the middle of each greased, preheated wafer iron and bake until golden brown. For the quark cream, roast almonds in a pan without fat, remove. Mix the low-fat quark, whipped cream and sour cream. Season to taste with lemon juice and honey. Pour into a bowl and place the almond slivers on top. Arrange the waffles on a plate and decorate with strawberry and mint. Serve with fruit salad and quark
