Turkey strips in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 6 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) s
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Light cream

Directions

    Clean and trim the mushrooms and halve them according to size. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes, turning it well. Add the prepared vegetables. Fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.

    Wash the basil, shake dry and chop the leaves, except for some garnish, from the stalks. Add the tomatoes to the shredded meat, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with basil, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Meanwhile, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Arrange the shredded meat and noodles on plates and garnish with basil. Add 1 tablespoon of crème légère to each plate.
