Turkey schnitzel in a sesame coat with sweet and sour carrot-and-sugar-pepper vegetables with sprouts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 small turkey escalopes (approx. 60 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Sesame seed
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 250 g Sweet peas
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 300 g Rice noodles
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Turn in sesame seeds. Peel and wash carrots and cut into thin slices. Wash and clean the mangetouts. Wash the sprouts.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add vegetables to the noodles for the last minute. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and fry escalopes in portions for about 4 minutes each, turning them over.

    Drain the pasta and vegetables briefly in a sieve and put them back into the pot. Stir in chilli sauce. Arrange cutlets and vegetable noodles on plates.
