Grease a grease pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm). Separate 4 eggs. Cream the fat, 175 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in 4 egg yolks and 2 eggs one after the other. Mix flour, 100 g starch and baking powder and stir in portions briefly
Spread the dough on the fat pan. Mix quark, 3 eggs, lemon juice, 75 g sugar and 50 g starch and spread on the dough. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / fan-assisted oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes
Wash the currants, dab dry and remove from the stems. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Sprinkle 200 g sugar while continuing to beat. Continue beating until the sugar has dissolved. Fold in the berries. Spread on the quark mixture. Sprinkle almonds over it. Bake at the same temperature for another 12 minutes. Cool down
