  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 small head iceberg salad
  • 12 discs Sandwich toast
  • 250 g French rosé ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

    Clean, wash and finely dice the celery. Wash apple, grate roughly from the core and immediately mix with lemon juice. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into small rolls. Mix the celery, chives, apple mixture, mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon curry powder, season with salt, pepper, curry powder and sugar

    Clean and wash the lettuce, possibly halve it and remove the leaves from the head individually. Press 24 leaves flat. Set aside 4 smaller leaves as "bowls" for serving. Use the remaining lettuce for other purposes. Spread 1/2 tbsp. apple cream on 8 toast slices, cover with 1/8 of the ham and 3 salad leaves each

    Place 2 slices of toast on top of each other, cover with 1 uncoated slice of toast each. Fix each sandwich diagonally at 4 corners with wooden skewers. Cut the edges of the sandwiches, quarter the sandwiches and arrange them. Arrange remaining cream in the leaf trays, add
