Tortiglioni with fish in nut butter

Ingredients

  • 400 g "Tortiglioni 128" pasta (Buitoni)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 350 g Haddock fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 untreated lemon and lime
  • 2 stem(s) Sage (from the pot)
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 40 g Hazelnut flakes

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Then drain. In the meantime, wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil. Fry the fish cubes for about 4 minutes, turning them carefully, and take them out. In the meantime, wash lemon and lime, cut into thin slices and turn briefly in the frying fat.
