Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 Lettuce (e.g. Lollo bianco)
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and cut out the green stem in a wedge shape. If you like, scald the tomatoes boiling hot, let them stand for a short time and quench them. Peel the skin and cut the tomatoes into slices

    Clean, wash and drain the lettuce and spring onions. Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Cut spring onions into fine rings

    Mix vinegar, salt, some pepper and sugar. Add the oil. Carefully mix salad, tomatoes, onions and marinade. Arrange on 4 plates. Sprinkle with coarse pepper. If necessary, add fresh white bread
