Tipsy peaches on chocolate meringue

  • 4 ready meringue tartlets (approx. 10 g each)
  • 75 g semi-bitter couverture
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Peaches
  • 4-6 Stem(s) Mint
  • 1 untreated lime or lemon
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Tequila or white rum
  • baking paper
  • 1 zipper bag

Directions

    Put the meringue on baking paper. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Fill into a plastic bag if necessary, cut off a small corner. Use the bag or a spoon to trickle the chocolate coating in strips onto the meringue, the rest as decoration on the baking paper. Let dry for at least 30 minutes

    In the meantime drain the peaches and collect the juice. Dice the peaches. Wash the mint. Pluck the leaves, except some for decoration, and cut them into fine strips. Wash the lime hot and peel the peel in fine strips. Squeeze lime

    Mix the peach cubes with 3 tbsp peach juice, mint, lime juice, lime zest and tequila. Marinate for at least 10 minutes. Spread the peaches over the meringue. Carefully remove the decor from the paper. Decorate the peaches with it and the remaining mint
