Ingredients

  • 6 small cloves of garlic
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 12 discs Baguette
  • 100 g Chicken liver
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 Apples
  • 50 g Mushroom
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 potty Thyme and basil
  • 100 g black olives
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rocket and tomato

Directions

    Peel garlic, crush finely and mix with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Drizzle garlic oil onto the baguette slices. Clean and wash the liver, dab dry and chop finely. Peel and finely chop the onions.

    Wash the apple, clean it and dice it finely. Clean the mushroom, cut 1 mushroom into slices, dice the rest finely. Fry onions and mushrooms in remaining hot oil, add liver and apple, fry thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.

    Scald and skin the tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds and dice. Mix with thyme leaves. Chop basil leaves and olives. Dice mozzarella finely, mix with olives and basil. Bake the baguette in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level: 3) for about 15 minutes.

    After half the baking time, pour the olive mixture onto 4 baguette slices. After baking, spread the liver-apple and tomato-thyme topping on the remaining bread. Serve on rocket salad, garnished with mushrooms and tomato slices.
