Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) (314 ml each) Mandarin oranges (175 g each)
  • 150 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 Bottle of vanilla aroma
  • 1 kg Double cream cream cheese
  • 800 g sour cream (10 % fat)
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 8 Clementines
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Drain mandarin oranges. Cream butter, 200 g sugar and vanilla aroma. Stir in cream cheese and 400 g sour cream. Mix pudding powder and baking powder, stir in. Stir in eggs and cream one after the other. Grease the bottom of a fat pan (32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour. Spread the prepared mixture over it.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Spread drained mandarin oranges on top and bake for another 20 minutes. In the meantime, mix 400 g sour cream and 50 g sugar. Drizzle on the cake and bake for about 25 minutes, let it cool down. Peel the clementines carefully. Cut the fruit into slices. First cut the cake into pieces, then cover with the clementine slices
