Tandoori chicken bacon skewers on chopped salad

Ingredients

  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Tandoori powder
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whole milk yoghurt
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 small yellow peppers
  • 2 Baby Romaine Salads
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Basil vinaigrette
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Mix tandoori powder and yoghurt. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into cubes. Mix the chicken cubes and tandoori mix and chill for about 30 minutes. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Wash and clean the tomato and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips.

    Clean and wash the lettuce and cut the leaves into strips. Cut bacon slices into 4-5 pieces each. Divide chicken cubes and bacon pieces on 8 skewers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning them over. Mix salad, vegetables and vinaigrette in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange salad and skewers in glasses
