  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 75 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 coated Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 Sweet pepper
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 2-3 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 30 g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Taco shells
  • 1 TABLESPOON Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for 5-6 minutes until crumbly, season with salt and chili flakes

    Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel and finely dice onion. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and dice

    Clean, wash and finely chop the salad. Leek onion clean, wash and cut into fine rings. Grate cheese. Put the minced meat, cheese and vegetables into the taco shells. Stir sour cream until smooth. Arrange tacos with a blob of sour cream. Garnish with coriander
