  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 50 g Muesli with berries
  • 1/4 cube (10 g) Yeast
  • 150 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 300 g green and blue seedless grapes
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS dry wine
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Melt butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a frying pan. Stir in the muesli. Pour onto baking paper, allow to cool and crumble. Crumble the yeast and mix with 1 teaspoon of sugar until the yeast becomes liquid. (This saves the pre-dough.) Put flour, 1 pinch of salt, oil and 75 ml of lukewarm water in a bowl. Add mixed yeast and knead immediately to a smooth dough.

    Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Wash the grapes, dab dry and pluck from the stalks. Mix crème fraîche, wine and vanillin sugar. Knead yeast dough again. Roll out oval (35 x 25 cm). Line baking tray with baking paper. Put the dough in. Spread crème fraîche on the dough. Spread grapes and brittle on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 10-12 minutes on the lower shelf.
