Onions peel, 2 finely dice. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Chop the tomatoes roughly. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Fry 1/2 onion cubes until translucent. Add tomatoes, garlic, stock and 200 ml water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add tomato puree and puree finely with a hand blender. Season to taste with pepper, Worcestershire sauce, honey and vinegar and keep cool
Knead the remaining diced onion, minced meat, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs and 8 tbsp. water, season with salt and pepper. Shape the mince into 12 flat burgers and freeze
Cut 2 onions into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings for about 3 minutes, turning them over. Sprinkle with sugar and deglaze whisky. Fry for another 3 minutes in a closed pan until soft
Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in 2 large frying pans and fry the frozen burgers in portions for approx. 6 minutes, turning them over. Cut the hamburger buns in half horizontally. Bake the bun halves under the grill of the oven for approx. 3 minutes, turning once in between. Arrange sauce, salad, burger, cucumber salad and onions in the roll
