Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter or margarine
  • 36 g Fructose
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Bottle of butter-vanilla flavor
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 300 g pitted sour cherries
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • 25 g Sour cherry jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs

Directions

    Cream soft fat, fructose, salt and aroma. Stir in eggs one after the other. Mix 180 g flour and baking powder, stir in. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (20 cm Ø) sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Dust cherries with 20 g flour and spread on the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 ° C / fan oven: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for approx. 50 minutes.

    Remove the cake from the tin. Let it cool down. Roast almonds in a pan without fat. Spread the cake edge with jam and decorate with flaked almonds. Serve with a dash of sour cream
