Mix 500 g flour, 75 g sugar, 1 vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add 75 g butter in flakes and egg. Warm the milk lukewarm. Crumble yeast into it and dissolve it. Pour into the flour mixture and knead everything smooth with a hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes

  5. 5

Cut the crumbled thalers in half horizontally. Mix the cream and sauce powder briefly with the hand mixer on the lowest setting, then beat until stiff on the highest setting. Pour into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray vanilla cream onto the lower halves of the thalers. Place the lid on top. Serve crumbled thalers dusted with icing sugar
