  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Horseradish (a. d. glass)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) pickled cucumber
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2-1 collar Dill
  • 150 g Stremell salmon (hot smoked salmon)

Directions

    Mix vinegar, horseradish, cream, salt, pepper and some sugar. Finally, beat the oil vigorously into the mixture

    Clean, wash or peel the cucumber. Cut or slice the cucumber into wafer-thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the dill and, except for something to garnish, chop finely

    Mix cucumber, onion, dill and salad dressing loosely. Cut salmon into 8 pieces and arrange on the cucumber salad. Garnish with the remaining dill
