Strawberry Yoghurt Slices

Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Eggs (weight class 4)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 50 g crushed almonds
  • 700 g Strawberries
  • 125 g Strawberry Jam
  • 1 1/2 (each 200 g) Cup of whipped cream
  • 200 ml Cherry nectar
  • 1 package (200 g) Yoghurt Cake Help
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON crushed pistachios
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cream fat, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture. Add milk and almonds and stir in.

    Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 175°C / gas: level 2) for 15 to 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash, clean, drain and halve the strawberries.

    Puree 200 grams of strawberries and stir in the remaining vanillin sugar. Take the dough out of the oven, cut in half and let it cool down. Spread one half with jam, place the other half on top.

    Whip 100 grams of cream until stiff. Beat the pureed strawberries, cherry nectar and cake mixer with the whisk of the hand mixer until frothy. Fold in yoghurt and cream. Fold the remaining strawberries, except for twelve halves for decoration, into the yoghurt cream.

    Place the base on a board, place the ring strip from the pack firmly around the base, pushing the prongs under the base and sealing them. Pour cream into the ring strip and smooth it down.

    Chill for three hours. Loosen the ring and cut the cake into twelve pieces. Whip the rest of the cream until stiff, fill it into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and decorate the slices with it. Place 1/2 strawberry cut into a fan on top of the cream and sprinkle with pistachios.
