Wash the strawberries, cut into pieces and put aside.
Separate eggs, beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar (I recommend bourbon vanilla) until the mixture is frothy and the sugar has dissolved.
Then add the mascarpone by the spoonful.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
Put the orange juice or tea in a shallow bowl and briefly dip the ladyfingers in it.
Spread the sponge finger in an ovenproof dish and put the mascarpone mixture on top.
Finally, carefully place the sliced strawberries and bananas on top and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. :)
