Ingredients

  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Butter wafers
  • 12 sheets Gelatine
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS +100 g sugar
  • 800 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Strawberries and waffles dipped in chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it on a hot water bath. Grind 50 g waffles finely, crush the remaining waffles coarsely. Mix waffles with chocolate. Brush the bottom of a springform pan (24 cm Ø) with oil. Spread the chocolate mixture on the base, press it down firmly and chill for 30 minutes. For the cream soak 6 sheets of gelatine separately.

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and puree. Mix quark, 100 g sugar, lemon juice and vanilla pulp until the sugar is dissolved. Mix 1/3 of the cream and pureed strawberries. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve separately in lukewarm water. Mix with 2 tablespoons of each cream and stir into the respective cream. Place creams in a cool place until they begin to firm up. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold one half into each cream. Spread the waffle base first with the white cream, then with the red cream. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut the cake into pieces with a hot knife.
