Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 200 g Chocolate cookies
  • 75 g Butter
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 2–3 Peach halves (tin)
  • 8 sheets Gelatine
  • 250 g Yoghurt
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Wood skewer

Directions

  1. 1

Finely grind the biscuits in the universal chopper. Melt the butter, let it cool down a little, then mix with the biscuits. Lightly brush a springform pan (20 cm Ø) with oil. Press the biscuit mixture into the mould as a base, chill for about 30 minutes

  2. 2

Wash, clean and finely puree the strawberries. Drain the peaches and collect 2-3 tablespoons of the stock. Chop the peaches, also puree them finely. Soak 2 x 1 and 1 x 6 sheets of gelatine separately. Mix yoghurt, quark and sugar

  3. 3

Squeeze 2 sheets of gelatine and dissolve. Stir in 1/4 of the strawberry puree, then stir everything into the rest of the puree. Repeat the process with peach puree. Squeeze 6 leaves of gelatine and dissolve. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt cream. Stir the mixture into the rest of the cream. Whip cream until stiff, fold in. Pour cream into the mould. Add strawberry and peach puree in blobs and mix with a wooden skewer until streaky. Chill for about 4 hours, then arrange and serve
