  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 ml Sunflower oil
  • 125 ml Fanta
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 TEASPOONS Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 package natural bourbon vanilla aroma
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some mint leaves

Directions

    For the dough, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Add oil and Fanta. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in gradually. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø). Add the dough and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.

    Take out and let cool in the form on a cake rack. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix sour cream, vanilla aroma and sugar, fold in half the cream. Remove the base from the cake tin, cut off the top about 1/2 cm thick horizontally. Cut out blossoms from the cover, dust with icing sugar. Spread sour vanilla cream on the base and smooth it down. Spread strawberries and flowers on top. Pour the rest of the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt it between the strawberries as spots.
