Mix honey and 5 tablespoons orange juice. Wash the grapes, dab dry, pluck from the stalks and cut in half. Peel bananas and cut into thick slices. Mix fruits and honey-orange juice.
Leave to steep for about 15 minutes.
Peel off about 1/4 of the chocolate with a peeler. Finely chop the remaining chocolate. Mix mascarpone with 2 tbsp. orange juice, vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth. Whip cream until stiff. Fold the chopped chocolate into the mascarpone cream.
Arrange the fruit salad and mascarpone cream in small bowls, drizzle some sauce over each. Decorate with chocolate curls and mint.
