Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 75 g + 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 175 g Flour
  • 2 TEASPOONS Baking Powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 500 g cream quark (40 % fat)
  • 1 package Curd cheese fine "Vanilla flavor"
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chocolate shavings
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 125 g red currants, blackberries and blueberries
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Erdbeergelee
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Beat the fat, 75 g sugar and vanillin sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Fill the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Remove the cake, let it cool down a little and remove from the tin.

    Mix quark, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4 tablespoons sugar and quark fine. Fold in the grated chocolate. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Wash the currants and remove from the stalks. Sort blackberries and blueberries, wash and drain. Warm the jelly and mix with the berries. Spread the curd cream on the base and add the berries
