Dab meat dry and season with salt. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat on each side for about 3 minutes. Season steaks with pepper, take them out, wrap them in aluminium foil and let them rest
For the coating, clean, wash and dry rocket. Cut the cheese into thin slices with a peeler. Drain the peppers in a sieve and cut into wide strips. Cut steaks into slices. Mix with rocket, paprika and cheese
Cut the baguettes open lengthwise. Sprinkle the lower halves with 1/4 of the garlic sauce each. Spread the topping on the undersides. Spread the rest of the garlic sauce on top and cover with the upper baguette halves
