Sprouts salad with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12-16 cooked shrimps without head and shell (approx. 150 g; fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 Federation Spring onions
  • 100 g Mix of sprouts (e.g. mung bean seedlings,
  • 7-10 Tbsp alfalfa and radish sprouts)
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil, salt, pepper
  • 5-6 Tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Asian sauce "sweet and sour"

Directions

    Defrost the frozen shrimps. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Rinse sprouts and let them drip off. If necessary, wash the prawns, cut them lengthwise at the back and remove the intestines

    Heat the oil. Fry the prawns in it for 2-3 minutes, take them out. Fry spring onions in frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Season and take out

    Deglaze frying fat with stock and vinegar. Stir in the Asian sauce, simmer briefly and season to taste. Arrange spring onions with sprouts and prawns. Spread the marinade over it
