Wash the cucumber and cut in half crosswise. Peel one half, grate roughly and let it drain in a sieve. Quarter the other half lengthwise and cut into pieces. Cut the feta into cubes.
Halve, seed and wash the peppers. Peel onions. Halve 2 onions and cut into 8 slices each. Divide columns into 2 layers. Cut the orange bell pepper into 16 pieces. Cut meat into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm).
Put 4 meat cubes, 2 orange pepper pieces and 2 onion slices each on a skewer. Season the skewers with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry 4 skewers on each side.
Place the skewers on a baking tray. Continue cooking in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes. Cut yellow pepper halves into thirds again and cut into wide strips.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into eighths and cut into pieces. Cut 1 onion into rings. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut leaves into strips. Mix paprika, cucumber, onion, olives, feta, parsley and tomatoes.
Season vinegar with salt and pepper, add oil. Dribble over the salad. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix garlic, yoghurt and grated cucumber and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove skewers from the oven. Arrange the farmer's salad on 4 plates and arrange 2 skewers on each. Serve tzatsiki extra. Flat bread tastes good with it.
