  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • baking paper
  • 200 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 250 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 75 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Biscuits Oreo

Directions

    Chop chocolate for the cookie dough. Whip butter, sugar and 1 pinch of salt until creamy with the whisk of the mixer. Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in. Fold in chocolate.

    Line a square baking tin or casserole dish (approx. 20 x 25 cm) with baking paper. Spread the dough in the form with a tablespoon. Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see

    For the brownie dough, chop the chocolate coating, melt with butter in a bain-marie, allow to cool slightly. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the mixer. Stir in the chocolate butter.

    Mix the flour with 1 pinch of salt and stir into the chocolate mixture.

    Place the Oreos side by side on the cookie dough. Spread the brownie dough on top and smooth it down. Bake in a hot oven for 30-35 minutes.
