Sherry prawns in mustard cream

Ingredients

  • 300 g raw peeled Arctic Sea shrimps (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 1/8 l + 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 75 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mustard
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Wash shrimps (defrost frozen goods), dab dry. Dill wash, chop. Mix shrimps with 1/8 l sherry and half dill. Chill overnight

    Mix mayonnaise, cream, mustard, sugar, 2 tablespoons sherry and the rest dill, season to taste. Drain prawns, arrange on salad with mustard cream
