Grease a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm; at least 3.5 cm deep) and dust with flour. Drain pineapple, cherries and peaches separately. Quarter the peach halves
Mix flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, vanillin sugar, 1 pinch of salt, lemon zest, eggs and sour cream. Mix everything to a smooth dough
Spread the dough on the fat pan. Spread fruit on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes. Let them cool down
