Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, roast sesame seeds in it while turning, remove. Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Peel garlic. Finely chop the cooled sesame seeds, garlic, herbs and 5 tbsp. oil in a universal chopper. Season to taste with salt, pepper, clove, cinnamon and coriander
