Semolina dish with peach sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Semolina pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 1/2 l milk; without boiling;
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugared)
  • 250 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Peaches
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp and orange pastry

Directions

    Bring milk to the boil in a small pot. Take it off the stove and stir in the pudding powder with a whisk. Then stir vigorously for about 1 minute. Let the semolina pudding cool down a little. Stir in the quark smooth

    Put the peaches on a sieve and let them drain. Collect the juice. Cut three peach halves into small cubes and fold into the semolina pudding

    Puree the remaining peaches and vanilla sugar. Stir in about half of the peach juice

    Pour some peach sauce into each of 4 dessert glasses. Spread the semolina on top. Decorate with lemon balm and orange pastry. Serve with the rest of the peach sauce
