Savoy cabbage-bean pot with cabanossi

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 (approx. 500 g) large potatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 1 kg) savoy cabbage
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vegetable broth
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) big
  • 7-10 Tbsp white beans
  • 200 g Cabanossi-Wurst
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Peel and roughly dice the onion. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Heat the oil in a large pot. Steam potatoes and onion for about 5 minutes.

    Clean the savoy cabbage, quarter it and cut out the stalk. Wash cabbage, cut into strips. Add to the potatoes and

    parboil gently

    Deglaze everything with about 1 l water and bring to the boil. Stir in stock and simmer covered for about 12 minutes. Rinse and drain the beans. Cut sausage into slices

    Heat the beans and sausage in the stew for about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange savoy cabbage pot in plates. Grate cheese directly over it
